Putting High Tek to Use

I've been in real estate business for about a decade, and even in this relatively "short" time of experience, I can see the huge differences that technology has brought to the industry.

I'm reminded of this due to the recent trip to Stockton that Daniel and I took. In helping out my good friend and his family to purchase from out of state (Louisiana), we digitally videotaped the neighborhood, and took digital photos of the homes, and emailed it all to him. Amazing!

The issue for today's realtor, is that it can all seem so overwhelming to tackle on such a "BIG" project, when all is needed is to do things Step by Step. As a young realtor (Under 35), I've had the good fortune of growing up with this generation of technology, and keeping staying on top of all the possible uses and benefits for my business and ergo, my clients.

With this under my belt, and this blog, etc., I've offically graduating myself along with the classes of 2008, as a Realtor 2.5. :)
